When and Where can you mine

Looking for a fun activity for your next event? Our 9ft Sluice can be set up anywhere—whether it's your front yard, backyard, daycare, school, church, or city event! We can even accommodate indoor setups, though be prepared for some splashing. All we need is a power source, and if necessary, we can provide a generator for an additional charge.

We will be setting up at festivals, farmers markets and trades days. Check our Facebook page regularly for updates on where we will be next. We can't wait to see you there!

Each Gem or Fossil bag comes with a free 4-page, full color identification guide so everyone can identify what they find from their bag.

Geode Cracking

We will have several sizes of Crackable Geodes. You can use a chisel at the event to uncover the hidden treasures inside or take it home for a fun surprise later. It's a unique experience that adds an extra layer of adventure! Don't miss out on this memorable activity!

Birthday Party

Let us help you have a unique party unlike any other with our Gem Mining Birthday Party! We bring our rustic 9ft Mining Sluice right to your location. Our Birthday party pricing is for up to 16 participants. Each guest will receive a 2lb gem mining bag, while the birthday child will enjoy a special 5lb gem mining bag. The next part of the party is where every guest will receive a small Geode for cracking! You can use a chisel at the event to uncover the hidden treasures inside or take it home for a fun surprise later. It's a unique experience that adds an extra layer of adventure to your celebration! Don't miss out on this memorable activity! Keeping with our theming we will also provide some sweets for all participants. You will have your choice of rock candy or bug suckers.

We do require a 25% deposit on all parties at booking

Large Events? Schools, Daycares, Churches

Looking to host a large event or need a bulk order of bags? Take advantage of our discounted prices when you prepay for 40 or more bags! This is an excellent budget-friendly option for schools and daycares, providing both entertainment and educational opportunities for kids. Each bag includes a complimentary 4-page, full-color identification guide to help children identify their discoveries, and we can even drop off real fossils for an interactive experience!
